• Presentation of the Co-op’s Financial Statements
• Annual reports from the Board and Committees
• Elect Directors to the 2019 – 2020 Board of Directors

Please bring the meeting packages you received in the mail.

Please note that this meeting will be held in CHF BC’s Conference Room, which is on the second floor of Il Mercato Mall at 1st & Commercial.

Refreshments will be provided by the Social Committee and all are encouraged to bring their own plates, cups and cutlery.
