There will be one proposed policy put before the Membership at this meeting:

• The proposed Smoking Policy

Please bring the packages you received in the mail, they include a copy of the proposed policy.

Please note that this meeting will be held in CHF BC’s Conference Room, which is on the second floor of Il Mercato Mall at 1st & Commercial.

Refreshments will be provided by the Social Committee and all are encouraged to bring their own plates, cups and cutlery.
